How we handle your data when you visit this site or contact us. In short: this site uses no cookies and does not track you.
Who is responsible

What data we collect
When you browse the site we don't ask for any data. The service hosting the site automatically records, for security and operation, the usual technical data of each visit (IP address, browser, page requested, date and time). This data is not used to identify you or for advertising.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or through the form on the Contact page, we receive the data you choose to give us: name, number or email, travel dates, group size, hotel and whatever you write. The form stores nothing on the site: it prepares the message and opens it in WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote and organise your safari or excursion (lodge bookings, park entry, transfers). The legal basis is your request and the performance of the service you ask for. We don't send newsletters and don't use your data for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only those needed for your trip, and only the data they need: lodges and tented camps, national park authorities, airlines for internal flights. We never sell or pass your data to anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to organise your trip and meet legal obligations, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it, by writing to kenyasafarisconbeka@gmail.com. Processing follows Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 and, for people contacting us from the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). If you believe your data is not handled correctly you can contact Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner or your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, neither our own nor third-party ones, and no analytics or advertising tools. That's why you see no banner. The TripAdvisor box is an image hosted on our site and only becomes a link to TripAdvisor if you click it. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Facebook also take you to external sites with their own cookie rules.
Your browser settings are always yours: you can block or delete cookies at any time.
